Ordering And Shipping Policy
Local,
We offer cash on delivery for customer in Singapore and Thailand only. Slight delivery charge will be added base on local messenger or postage rate. Local client may also opt for our regular purchase system, for more details please contact our local offices.
International,
Shinsen Healthy Product accepts all major credit cards including Visa, Master and Amex via Paypal. Customers may also send via email or fax demand draft to us. All transaction is based in SGD (Singapore Dollar).
We provide 2 delivery methods and if you select "Standard Shipping" charges will be base and shipped through Registered Air Mail only, while those selected "Express Shipping" will be charged and shipped via Express Mail Service(EMS). For countries that EMS is not available, we could only send through Registered Air Mail and client will be inform via email, we will also refund the difference.
There’re some products that must be "Express Shipping" in order to maintain freshness and if you purchase a product in this category ensure your country support EMS, otherwise no delivery will be done and will refund accordingly.
If you buy a product with "Express Shipping" and another with "Standard Shipping", we will send consignment via Express Mail Service.
Registered Air Mail Delivery Time: 7 - 15 working days from date of dispatch, depending on countries.
EMS Delivery Time: 2 - 6 working days from date of dispatch, depending on countries.
All our deliveries are sent direct to address provided during purchase and for consignment not delivered usually a slip will be left at the consignee address or for apartment having building management staff may accept parcel on behalf. For those consignments being held at the local Post office client could either collect it themselves or reschedule another delivering time with the tracking number provided. Returns Policy
Shinsen Healthy Product guarantees all products sent to be of the highest quality available. We provide good packaging of products to meet the needs of the international market. We assure that all products send would be properly sealed and leak proof. However, if for some reason you’re not satisfied with our product, simply return the unopened product along with your receipt within 10 days of receiving the product, and we’ll credit your charge card. There will be no refund if the products are returned in a damaged condition. If a package is returned, all other costs are refunded except minimum shipping and handling levies i.e. SGD 16.0 - 40.0 (depend on products, shipment and countries).
Note for products that needed express shipment to maintain freshness NO return is allow, as product quality will be degraded during the round trip. Please email us at sales@shinsen-healthy-product.com if you have enquiries regarding purchase in this category.

At SHINSEN, we use a Secured online ordering system and do Not keep any credit card information or particulars in our database and information is retained only till execution of the order.
We respect your privacy and will not for any reason release your name, address, telephone number or email without your consent. Your particulars are only used by us to contact you regarding the status of your order or sending promotional offers on our range of products. Every promotional offers sent by email could be opt out to stop receiving these offers.
